Facing error 'No Appropriate forms are enabled for this role.Please contact your administrator'

Steps:-

1.We have created a saved search that is a transaction based search.

2.Now Navigated to » Reports » Saved Searchs » All Saved Searches

3.From this 'Saved Searches' page,we selected the required saved search and clicked on VIEW.

4.The Saved search is displayed with all the results and from here we clicked on the email icon option which is present along with 'Export-CSV',Excel,PDF,Print options

5.We have given the recipient's email ID and selected the radio button 'SEND WITHIN MESSAGE' and clicked on EMAIL option.

6.Now the recipient has received this saved search in the email with few results displayed,under that,there is an option 'View Results' hyperlink,when the user clicked on it,it is finally throwing this below error message.need to know how this can be resolved.
