"Intended Workflow" guide to utilize the opportunity > estimate > SO flow
I'd like to know if you can guide me (or if there is a written "Intended Workflow" guide) on the way Netsuite intends for users to utilize the opportunity > estimate > SO flow. Our users are having trouble adopting it because it seems to require very large amounts of data entry and management by our salespeople, when what we want them to be focused on is selling. However, we also need to use it in a way that provides maximum visibility to executives reviewing pipeline and forecast data.
Specifically, what out of the box tools exist for managing this more easily? Are there prebuilt saved search bundles that can be installed to reduce development time?
