We did test Riva, but it was missing reoccurring events from NetSuite to outlook, so we are in a holding pattern until we see what NetSuite is rolling out. I too felt that the RIVA Price tag was over the top. Tom

We too pay by GP but i have a serach that calculates the GP and the commission as long the sales order has a PO attached or it is a service item. I would be willing to document the search if you are interested I has a ton of formulas but works well. Tom

When I try running a search, adding that formula column actually increases the number of rows returned, as I believe it is returning more than one result per customer (each customer has purchased multiple different items). Well I will answer both questions, First is the formula in the criteria, and the answer is NOPE there are only 2 items in the criteria and they are is inactive and status. We are having the same issue and it looks like turning off the Promo items took care of the problem (A short term Fix), I have contacted NS and they have added us to the Defect. If you are having the same issue and you have not filed a case yet do so ASAP, that way NS know s the complete extent of the issue. Tom
