Yes, I noticed that some Netsuite account did not have FULL ACCESS role and its' on some others. I am also quite sure that I was able to edit the permissions on Full Access previously.

Actually, I just tested this again to provide reproducible steps when filing the issue but cannot reproduce the behavior.
