Hi Niks, PO Items: If you refer to my screenshot the Description is available on the IR Form but the problem is NS is not printing it in the memo field of the GL Impact. My Client wants the Item Description to be posted in the GL Impact of the IR.

Niks, I am using custom form just to show limit information to user. Result Required: I want the Item Description on the IR "Items Tab" to be printed in the GL Impact line MEMO for each product.

If the users dont have access to AP then they will not be able to see the full report for their Cost Center. The role assigned to them should have access to AR and AP and restriction by Department should be there on role. Then only the users will be able to see as per your expectations.
