@Ely Gulen-Oracle We would also like to track how much we are loosing out on dollar wise due to this preferably by supplier and aggregate, how might we accomplish this too? Thanks!

I forgot to mention that we need to keep track of the amounts that we are losing out on as well so would like to see that amount be attributed to a specific account, I suppose will have to this with a GL entry or is there a better way?

Hi Jack, Good catch, I change the value to all but the behavior of the workflow formula fields values being null in the case of a Mass Update trigger on the workflow still presists. Any other Ideas? Thanks! Cheers, Brad
