Yes we are using a workflow for approval.

We are using the default check pdf and not a custom pdf. We have made no recent changes to the document or the form template.

The State from the customer address is the default one in NetSuite. I assume you are asking for the custom secondary address field. Here is a screen shot of the secondary address state that is a Transaction Body Field and it does not have any validation or sourcing setup on it.

I would like the State column to always return either the full name of the state or the state abbrivation. Right now it returns a mix of full name and abbrivation as {custbody_vr_removal_add_state} returns full name and {billstate} returns the abbriviation.
