Hi, I checked. If I use a standard template, I can create a copy to create a custom template. But with custom templates, I cannot create a copy (Save As).

When I click on the Save button in the pop-up, nothing happens. Not even the Title that I changed updates in the Advance Template page

Hi, Thanks, the problem is sorted. The key was that I have a OneWorld account and the SuiteAnswer article put me immediately back on track.
