My Stuff
Hello Community! Josh Maxwell, a User Experience Researcher for NetSuite Foundation has fun a question for you. Imagine for a moment that NetSuite had an assistant like Alexa or Siri. What would you ask of your NetSuite assistant? Use this survey link to share your top questions to the assistant.
Here are some examples to get your creative juices flowing.
"Did I pay vendor John Doe last month?"
"Take me to my largest sales order for this month."
"What invoices haven't been paid yet?"

We are using MRP and we successfully upload overrides to our demand plan every month. The process we use is to let NetSuite calculate the demand plan for all items. we then export the data including the ID for each items demand plan. We review it outside of NetSuite in excel. We upload a CVS file that includes the Demand…

This is a classic "Netsuite makes it hard to export the data you need" example. We have a work around that delivers all of the Planned Orders data to an excel sheet when you do a data refresh. Here is a high level summary: 1) We use a saved search to find all of the PLANNED ORDER data we need to export. 2) We use a script…

Update: We continue to struggle with this 365 day lead time issue. It became frustrating enough that it made our NetSuite Group Therapy session. Link to details/discussion. https://youtu.be/5Y6T88ZYavQ

Wow! I just went to vote on this need and could not believe this request has been in the "Enhancement" category since 2014. This request is going on 9+ years now. I think its fair to say it is no longer an "enhancement". Its an example of how far behind Netsuite is. Has anyone found a different workaround that would allow…

Not sure if this is helpful but sharing something we did to reduce the number of planned PO's for the same line items. Item set-up - For lot sizing method we are using "periods of supply" and have set the periods of supply type to "Interval" and periods of supply increment to "30". When we run supply plan, this…

Here is what we have confirmed... NetSuite has no idea if Item 360 is or is not coming in this release. We are about 15 emails into the question with our account manager and even feedback from support. Most of the feedback has been redirecting us to ask someone else. We did try to get ITEM 360 running in our RP version…

@Keith Boatner We struggled with this same issue when we implemented MRP. Since today both MRP and MPS have the same results/impact/function we chose to set-up both finished goods and components as MRP. Our reason was simple. Most documentation describes MRP and very little discussed MPS. I belive at one point (might have…

@KNason76 Unfortunately this remains an unresolved issue with Netsuite demand planning. We did communicate directly with NetSuite support and demonstrated the issue via screen share. It is an open support case for us(#4727801). This issue is a significant hole in NetSuite's MRP demand planning. The system can tell us what…

Michelle, Thank you for the suggestion. We were able to use the transaction dataset filtered for QUOTEs to see most of the fields on our quotes. We came very close to what we needed but fell short because we were not able to find couple key fields (PRIMARY SALES REP) and the total $$ for the transaction were not appearing…

Hi Michelle, Thank you for looking but the enhancement you suggested is not related to suite analytics and it is not about finding the pipeline(CRM) quote data. We are hoping someone can help us find a dataset in suite analytics that includes key CRM data fields from quotes so we can include them in an analytics workbook
