Staying Connected During the Holidays
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Hi, unfortunatelly both the transactions are quite old (closed periods). And even if a new journal entry is made, the cancelled bill will never be able to be applied to the Journal Entry if I'm not mistaken? Regards //Erika

Hi, this is an old transaction, the cancellation was made accidentally. Please note the system notes where the bill went to Open and then Cancelled. There is a GL impact, and an open balance on the vendor. What could have happened and how can this be reconciled. Kind regards //Erika
-
Hi again. Any updates to my question? Kind regards //Erika
-
Yes all items are Service items. In the SuiteAnswers references there is nothing that explains the definition of what is goods vs services. And that really is my question, what defines an item as goods or services? And can this be changed? Kind regards //Erika
-
Hi, any updates regarding settings on items and how they default tax codes? And if there is a way to change it from "goods" to "services"? The VAT report shows wrong numbers per box (Sweden). Kind regards //Erika
-
Hi the same behavior has affected suitelets with duplicate link that affect the center categories. See below: Regards //Erika
-
Hi, I believe this happens everytime the bundle is updated. Regarding the fact of duplicates links, I noticed in SuiteAnswers 92643: "Note: There will be two duplicate link names which will show up in the results, please always add the second one." I still would like to know why there are duplicate ones, apperantly…

Update and question: also wondering why there is two options for the same link, please clarify. How do I know which to use? Example: Kind regards //Erika
