Thanks Patrick for your quick reply. I see the description box in the report builder. However, when will the system be updated so that we can choose the subsidiary name?

We are also wanting to see only the subsidiary names on all of our reports. Has this issue been resolved yet?

Hi Micah, The main item I forgot was changing the subsidiary further down the screen. I was totally focused on the vendor and the bank account that I forgot to look further down and check the subsidiary. Once I change this field, then the system allowed me to select the correct bank account. It works now! Thanks, Gary
