@Mikko De La Fuente-Oracle I have fixed this issue. It was because of the Signature, we are using the account_id to generate the signature, and it wasn't like this: xxxx_SB1 This small mistake costs us 2 weeks. I don't why NetSuite team can't solve this issue permanently. Thanks for your help
