Hi john, Thanks for the response. Yes that would work, by changing "Pick" to on trial, my only question would be if a trial is unsucessful, and a request from customer to return the Trial. I could do this by extracting to excel, using formulas etc. But I was seeing if we could maybe do it within a report or search when you can just look up a item or a range and check its GP%.
