I'm sorry, I forget that Netsuite is an international community. We are in the USA and specifically, in Pennsylvania. We are not using any additional modules... just the included sales tax system in Netsuite.

Then I put them back into inventory in an inventory location just for them at zero cost. They send me a file to import with orders to ship to their customers.…
