@Jeff Pineda-Oracle We think we stumbled upon a fix. We removed the requirement for the phone on the following form. Customization -> Forms -> Address Form -> the address form we were using So idk why it fixed it? @Jeff Pineda-Oracle We do not have a phone field on nor does it have that field available when I customize the standard Online Quote form. Maybe some coding changes in the backend of netsuite now require a phone number field?

Thank you for your reply. It seems like a lot of what I already know and another not well thought out idea of SC that was implemented without a solution from Netsuite. Guess it will always be slaving away at CSVs and wasting time . Enhancement request - ADD or DELETE Commerce Categories on the ITEM level.

How do we reach out to support if our account manager can't file a case for us either due to the error and we can't log in and don't have phone support??? Can we email support? what information will need to be provided?
