I've managed to resolve this problem on my own. I did this by adding the merge criteria field in the saved search using a formula instead of directly adding the field. This way I was able to controle the translation of the field in the search.

It looks like i've solved this issue myself. The workflow was running on before submit, i've changed it to 'all'. I'm not sure if will never happen again, since this only happens like once of twice a month.

Excuse me, it took me some time to determine when this actually occurs. We use a saved search to easily mark multiple IFs as shipped and fill in additional information. Another update: I've tried this formula to only show the most recent transaction; CASE WHEN (DENSE_RANK() OVER (PARTITION BY {name} ORDER BY {transaction.internalid} DESC) = 1) THEN 1 ELSE 0 END When i save the search i get an error. Thats probably because Netsuite does not support this formula? Kind regards Nick

One idea is to just shows the most recent transaction in my saved search result without using a summary search. This might be possible with KEEP or RANK functions but i'm not sure how. Below a screenshot of the results and criteria tab.

Thats right. Purchase order description should always be displayed on mobile screens regarding PO / receipts and the Sales order description on picktasks etc. An additional column would also be fine. The description could change per transaction.
