@User_ZSBAE To restrict visibility further, create a Custom Role with limited permissions. Set Customer Record Permissions to View and use Field-Level Security to restrict fields to "None" for sensitive information.

Hii @Shubham_Singh You can source a field value into a custom field by setting the Sourcing & Filtering options in the custom field setup. Under the Source List, choose the related record, and then select the specific field to source under Source From. I hope this helps !😊

Hii @GSONI Yes, you can create this report using a Transaction Saved Search. Group by Sales Order Number and sum the amounts for Sales Orders, Invoices, and Credit Memos under the Results tab.
