You can do it with a Custom Sublist if you create it as a Custom Record with the required fields, filters, and configuration to show CC Charges on specified transactions and transaction types. Here is a reference: You can do it with just sublists if you add the reference transaction (e.g., JE or Check) on the Credit Card…

Hi @Febin Antony, Yes, you can create a KPI Scorecard to show the AR vs AP. You can also add Bank data to make the KPI Scorecard more informative. Here is an example:
-
I see what you mean, @User_DJ8IA, If the client absolutely wants to match the payment to CC charges, you can offer to add a multi-select CC Charges list to be selected on the payment transaction.

Hi @User_E15G4, Yes, there are several workarounds. For example: Create a Custom Field (Free-form Text) to enter multiple emails. Create a Workflow to copy those emails to the "Email" field on the PO, which can accept multiple email addresses. With this solution, the PO will be sent to multiple recipients.

Hi @GuppyPhish, The issue probably isn't related to NetSuite impacting the back-end or scripts. NetSuite pushes semi-annual releases in March and September. They also regularly push hotfixes, which are relatively minor and often applied to specific user accounts. The best option is to check the execution logs of the…

Hi @Gia My "Mei" Luc, In some cases, a field on a Sublist can be hidden via Permissions. "Amount" isn't one of those fields. There are several solutions to this. For example: Create a Custom Form for the required role Hide the standard/current sublist Create a custom sublist without the "Amount" field

Hi @User_NG5TG, Could you check if you have the Project attached to the Opportunity header or line?
-
Hi @User_GE47I, You would need to create a Commissionable Item Saved Search and use the custom checkbox in the Criteria. Once done, you would need to include the newly created Saved Search in the new/related Commission Schedule.
-
Hi @Tybrneryan, Please help me to understand your use case better: Do you have the same Base Currency in both subsidiaries? Are you doing an "Arm's Length" transfer where the item rate / transfer price is the same? Do you have the Use Item Cost as Transfer Cost preferences disabled?
-
Hi @User_AZS9E, I have several questions to help with the troubleshooting: In Prod, do you process the ACH for Bills and Bill Credits together? If yes, do you see Bill Credits applied against Bills? Can you check the processed ACH file under Payments -> Payments Processing -> Payment File Administration and share the…

That's great news, @FazeprooF! Based on your findings, it might be best to group the results so it shows each Customer / Item / Price combination only once.
-
Thanks for the additional testing, @FazeprooF, Sometimes the "Pricing Search" results might be affected if you generate custom Price Lists. It seems you haven't done that. Can you create a test transaction adding the newly created items on a few lines with the same price? Let's see if that duplicates the search results.…

The criteria will be different for each Dashboard Tile. You would need to locate the Saved Search that's powering your Dashboard Tile and edit the "Audience -> Department" of that Saved Search. This is where the Saved Search is shown on the Dashboard Tile record:
-
I see what you mean, @Panadick, To see Sales Order items, the only option is to run the Sales Order Saved Search on a line level (i.e., Main Line = False). Certain joins, such as "Installment On Sales Order Fields..." is attached to the Sales Order header, and you can't natively combine them in one Saved Search.…
-
I see what you mean. Saved Searches power dashboards, and you should be able to achieve what you are looking for by setting department restrictions on related Saved Searches. Here is a Dashboard Tile sample Saved Search for the reference:
-
Hi @ER-Sree, When you said, "Later, I added that custom column to the journal list view. but it does not show the total there.", do you mean you added the newly created field to a Saved Search listing Journals? If yes, you would need to create a "Store Value" version of this field that will be regularly updated via…
-
Hi @Sue Campau, Yes, you can do that by navigating to the required Dashboard Tile and adding the required roles. Here is an example:
-
Yes, it is a browser issue, and we need to do that from time to time. Chrome (and other browsers) rely on the cache (temporary files) to speed up page loading. Sometimes the data in the cache becomes corrupted and causes issues for NetSuite.
-
Hi @User_DEF0A, If you are using Sales Orders, you can do it through "Related Records: For each flow, you have to go to the source transaction and check "Related Transactions". You can do it for entity records, such as Customer, Vendor, Project, etc.
-
Hi @TBalser, It happened to me a few times when I forgot to edit the Vendor Record before editing the Address. Can you check if that might be the case?
-
@Panadick, There must be an issue with the criteria. To help with the troubleshooting, please create a custom Transaction Search and share the results:
-
Hi @User_DJ8IA, Let's say the company has two Corporate Credit Cards: GL 1080 - Chase Visa GL 1090 - AmEx You would select one of these under "Account" on the Use Credit Card page. All charges are thus associated with this specific Credit Card. Let's say you have a $20,000 balance at the end of the month under "GL 1090 -…

Hi @User_Y0RZ7, The PO Vendor field on the Sales Order line is accessible via a script. The script can copy the current value to a custom PO Vendor (stored) field to be displayed on Saved Searches. The script also allows copying of the selected PO Vendor when the Sales Order is being copied instead of populating the Item's…
-
Hi @Panadick, Can you please add "Main Line = False" to the Saved Search criteria and try again? Typically, when the "Main Line" is removed from the criteria, NS considers it as "Main Line = Is Any".
-
Hi @User_E15G4, I have several questions: Is the AUD a Foreign currency for all the employees entering Expense Reports? If yes, what is the primary currency? When you say "notice on every Expense Report", do you mean to auto-populate it? Would you like to make it inline / non-editable?
-
Agreed, this is item related. Whatever it is, Item #110015 has 308 of that, and Item #110023 has 216. Did you generate Price Lists for both of these items? Also, can you create a test item and see how many results you will get?
-
Hi @FazeprooF, Thanks for testing the recommended steps and updated findings. Please try two extra steps to narrow down the cause of the issue: Choose another Item with the current Customer Choose another Customer with the current Item Let's see how different the search results are for each use case. If we get…

Hi @Quatro, Sure:

Hi @User_D4XL9, When an Item with a selected Unit Type is used on a transaction, NetSuite creates back-end records and dependencies to enable required functionalities and calculations. This is why it won't allow changing the Unit Type as long as the Item is assigned to a transaction. If the item appears only on a few…

Hi @BM136, Are you using Advanced Taxes? If yes, you can do that. You would need to create a Tax Schedule with the "taxable" unchecked for all states where you don't want to calculate tax on Shipping Items. You would then select that Tax Schedule on the Shipping Item, so NetSuite would calculate the Shipping Tax only for…
