Hi, They are not using the PO process. When they receive a vendor invoice, enter it by selecting an inventory item and putting quantity and price. In this scenario, the quantity is correct but the price is higher than expected. They want to adjust the accounts payable and inventory accounts. Thank you

Hi, Unfortunately, we do not have screenshots. A user came to us with this concern. Imagine a vendor created an invoice with 5 quantities of an item and a unit price of 12. The agreement unit price was 10. We do not want to return the goods received, we want to create a credit memo to decrease the vendor balance.

Yes I did check, item was not assigned to the relevant subsidiary. When I try to assign item to the subsidiary, the same error message pops :)

Hi, I am having the same issue, while adding 1 subsidiary to an existing account. I am not doing it via csv upload. Checked the item and there is restriction on the item as well. Can you please guide me?

Hi, In our country we have this requirement for vendor bills. We are receiving vendor bill from a company and registering to government. However need to pay the amount to employee or sometimes another vendor. Is there a process to make it possible? Thanks, Zeynep
