Yes. Here is screen shot of an employee, Cameron. Under HR on Job Information, there is a Sales Role drop down and its selected as: I have went bacak in to recalculate the commission, go to transactions-commissions and there isnt' anything to authorize, approve or listed on the individual Employee Commission.
-
Thank you....here you go.. It is the access level and organizer...currently
-
That worked! The company field was being populated so I moved it to the main page. I was missing the sourcing part. I have most of everything working. The job address comes across as the customer's address which is good for most of them. However, is there a way to make it a drop down for a text area? My problem now is that…
-
Pauline, Yes I can confirm this is not the case. If I am at a customer record and go to create a new event, it is blank.
-
I have created a saved search listing the customer name, address and address label. I am unable to find a way to put it on the dashboard as a search option. I want to put the house number and it populate based on that criteria...or even if I put the whole street address....Suggestions?
-
Thanks so much! I will try this. I did the segment and that seems to work. Does anyone know how to get Item list to come up in a workflow. I want to make it that (generic information) item 001-100 is only for department A, item 200-300 is for department B but I can't seem to find the list field at all.
-
I ran this as a transaction saved search but it isn't listing the payment types. The employee needs to reconcile the cash received to cash posted, checks to checks etc.
-
Thank you. I have a quick question...which type of saved search do I select? Transaction? Payment Event?
-
Anyone know this?
-
That is my question...how do I make it so... If Field "Department" is "Service" then Class is "commercial" or "Residential"
-
Thank you for the response. This is mindblowing to me. Even quickbooks allows you to search for addresses. I can search by phone, name, email and IP address -- Realy??? Like anyone knows their ip address!-- but NOT an address is just poor limitations. Don't worry, I totally voted for this "enhancement" which should be…
-
Hi Jack. This would permanently change my email address. I would like to be able to select which email address I am sending something from....or have it set so anything to a customer comes from email A.
-
We have customers with multiple addresses. So we need to be able to select the address on the customer record in the address book.
-
Yes, I verified that my FORM was checked in the Transaction Body Field
-
I am not sure how it handles the signature. It is actually a place for the customer to sign, like a credit card machine so it is not an image but an actual signature. I am able to use NextService's Transaction body field and add it to the estimate and rename it but it doesn't work for the invoice.
-
There are some custom fields. I guess they are actually creating an event from a transaction form, an estimate. Can you set field value from a transaction form to an entry form?
-
Hmmm...ours doesn't the only thing that auto fills is the "Organizer" field. Everything else we have to manually enter.
