@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Thank you for the reply. My client uses Advanced Taxes. I reviewed the option and created a new tax schedule, however, I do not find a solution to assign the tax schedule to the customer record. The tax information needs to be assigned by customer not by the item. Do you have any suggestions?

Are you referring to criteria on the promotion start and end date or is there another criteria I can set regarding existing records?

Hello, In most cases that is what is happening, users are editing existing sales order and updating information and the promotion is being changed. There are some orders that are being updated without being edited.

Yes that is correct. Customer is receiving a new promotion, new orders are correct. Existing orders show old promotion as unapplied and new promotion as applied. We have promotions set to automatically apply.

Once customer reaches the next tier of invoiced dollars they are automatically moved to the next assigned promotion. However, this change also changes all existing sales orders. We expected the…
