Dear Lea, Thank you for your reply! The issue was not resolved as you outlined above. What you provided is correct however in this case, the form was using the 'Basic' printing type. And the form was from the Transaction Form PDF Layouts (not Advanced PDF/HTML). These look as such: I had trouble finding it because the…

I contacted support but they wouldn't help because we only have Basic support. But at least I know how to open a case.

Hi Michelle, You are my hero. I finally asked enough questions with the Virtual Support Assistant so that it offered me the ability to create a case. Which I did! Thank you sooooo much. I hope they will help me even if we only have Basic support. I'm afraid they won't but fingers crossed. Sue

This no longer works as of 1/3/2024. There is no way to create a case on-line. I've spent hours trying to get an answer to my question and my only recourse is to use the community. If that doesn't work, then I'm stuck. If I could talk to someone at NS I would be grateful.
