Hey @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle , Yes, I can confirm we have enough licenses (below from our billing info). I've heard some other suggest that it might be due to the fact it's in Advanced Partner Center role, but I don't think this role was restricted like this a few months ago.

Hey @Megan, Which line of the file are you having issues with? You should be able to open command prompt and type each of those lines individually. Which one gives you the error?
