The role must have access to post to both subsidiaries even if you want to post a one-sided journal entry. Thanks for your responses nonetheless. Thanks!
  • Hi @Niña Camille G. Paule-Oracle, unfortunately this doesn't solve the issue. The user is not allowed to have access to other subsidiaries. This is why she cannot use the Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry form and needs to use the "To Subsidiary" field instead. Are there any workarounds when the user cannot access the…

  • Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle , just revisiting this question because I have the same issue with my client. However, the user has only access to post and view their own subsidiary. This means that she cannot choose any other subsidiary in the To Subsidiary field. How do we get around this issue?
