Yes, these are transactions that have been processed. We can see them on the American Express online account as processed but they aren't showing up in Netsuite. We have an American Express business card not the corporate card. I think I read that there may be issues with the business card. We aren't sure what else to do…

Thanks Micah- we have tried the above list of instructions multiple times for American Express. Some of the transactions download but not all of them. Doesn't seem to be a pattern for which ones come through. We have to actually enter everything manually at this point to make sure we get all the transactions properly…

Micah- Thanks for responding! We tried this and it definitely fixed our bank feed with Chase Bank. We gave it about a week to catch up but unfortunately still experiencing issues with getting the AmEx transactions to download. Even when we push a manual download it isn't complete or correct. Any other ideas for getting the…

Has this defect been fixed? We are not able to import from our AmEx business card. Any advice would be helpful.

Was this issue resolved for you? We are having the same issue of having a business AmEx as opposed to a corporate AmEx and not all transactions are downloading overnight. Thanks in advance for any updates!
