Hello Sanket, Thanks for your response - that's exactly where I was going wrong! Parts of the formula in different format to the format of the formula type. That's got that one ironed out, thank you! (only problem left now is trying to get the maximum result without using the Summary field - "GREATEST" isn't working…

Thanks for your input David! Unfortunately, this still doesn't seem to work. I am in a customer search, I've stripped off all criteria except that it is limited to only active customers. I don't know if this makes a difference? Cheers, Giles

I've still got more cross-checking to do, but can't find a problem so far! Thanks very much for your advice on that! Much appreciated, thank you, Giles

Hello Mark, I had a shot at doing that, but didn't really know what I was doing which would probably explain why it didn't work. If it is possible, I could play around to see if I can get it working - don'[t know what you think? Cheers, Giles

Thanks for your reply John! Have had a look at this, and all seems to be in order. Another tech pointed out that in Basic PDF Forms, you need to tick to show Backorders, but we use Advanced. This probably means we're going to need some code in our Advanced PDF Form to display backordered lines then? Not sure if anyone…
