We are still down windcave say its a problem with the last update on netsuite and therefore are now talking directly with support/netsuite, however if thats the case i expect all windcave sca people to have the issue, so still waiting to see what happens

not really an answer support say the redirect works when used on its own and no errors in the log, so must be a problem with the web site and washed there hands of it, and i know of 2 web sites that have the issue, ours and some one else,

At this time as netsuite have now toned down the screens it is so hard to read that for some of my users this is near impossible, if you feel like me then i have been asked to make it as a complaint as this is directly affecting my users heath trying to read the grey headings and i would suggest you do the same so netsuite…

99% of the time fields names will always be before the field it self or in the new format underneath it (which is a step back as it now means my users have to do a lot of scrolling to do there jobs.) but for some reason the yes/no tick boxes are on the same line and before the field name, is this my browser or did netsuit…

I would also add my voice to this, we have gone slow on the week up to the upgrade and worst after the upgrade on both of my sites. Have already raised a case and getting pet results, bet when it is taking up to 30s just to load a customer details and quotes are even longer

We also find the same with the web site becoming slow round the checkout area, also uk basied www.caterparts.com

Unable to contact support as now been on hold over 30 min, which is sort of indicating they got major issue or no staff today

Web site has now gone down, was fine upto now when going into checkout it goes down with a maintance message

Even get the error when trying to view attacked bundles and then the noticfiy support also gets the error. seams to be getting worse

Also have the same issue here in both live and sand box were a test web order in sand box taking 10 min to save

yes, have it logged under Defect 231052 - , could be upto a month before they fix so the more people that have this issue logged the sooner they fix it

Only way we have found to do it is a saved search on transactions, linked to a custom search portlet on the main dashboard, its a pain but it does work.

This is what makes it even more frustrating. I have ran test's on a single pc, each 5 min, going from home, to the same customer, then onto quotes, in the same role, with the same browser (chrome as its faster them IE), no updates running and no other programs. 200 invoices in 20 minutes is 10 invoice a minute. That is not necessarely unreasonnable. I still recommend talking to Support as there are so many factors in play. Sorry to say but 10 invoices per minute is a long time when i have 500 invoices per day to do (ie 50 min's), which also stops my warehouse's from doing any…

have this on explorer and chrome, but more chrome. Some times only soloutation is reboot of the machine, as i have 65 users i am getting this 3 to 5 times a week some were in the group

Well that's an interesting page, according to that page in storage info (which support says is correct) i am only using 12.6G, however according to the billing information i am using 21.2gb (with 20gb being provisioned) so support are now scratch their heads on what each of these values mean.

you cant directly source an image field into a transaction only the url, which you should be able to use the adv aced templates to then display but its the template code i need

Would add javascript i think be the only way to get the url, but have a little knowage so not looked at the code yet till i can see if possable and would not know the code for the advanced template
