Thanks for the reply. We are using OZ and it does catch the problems. However, we'd really like something that validates the address when the customer adds it on the website and when our sales reps input addresses so we make sure the data is input correctly in the first place.

Yes, it does, but it only shows one city. There may be several cities in the zipcode.

How do you allow terms to be displayed in the customer center? We don't want the customer to be able to edit the terms. We would like it to work in the same way that it does using the shopping cart. If the customer has terms setup in their account then they would have the option of "invoice" or credit card. If they do not…

Thank you so much for the advice. I used Setup > Site Builder > Bulk Set URL Components and ran Action: Clear URL components and Apply To: Web Site Images. Then I can Action: Set URL components, Apply To: Web Site Images, and Image Options - Image URL Component Source: Image Caption and it fixed it for most of our images.

I found how to fix it. Removed the image from the item record. Deleted the image from the folder. Manually uploaded the image. Added image to item record. Ran the saved search and it now displays correctly. About 95% of our items (2,000+) are displayed in the coded format. I guess these are the images that were uploaded in…
