I have created User Event and Client scripts to automatically generate the Drop Ship orders if the quantity of the item is greater than a Drop Ship Qty field on the item record. This takes into consideration creating an SO, copying an SO from an Estimate and creating an SO via the Webstore. Reach out to me for anyone that…
-
For now, I have partially solved this by having one Email use the Created From Raised By when the context is anything but Web And another that uses a Static from email when the context is Web.
-
It appears to work if I change the Sender to a static employee rather than the Raised By of the Created From record. This workflow is for Drop Ship orders, so the Created From is the related Sales Order which does have a value in Raised By. This functionality works for manual and automatically created orders but is…

I had my deployment set to only log error level logs.🤦♂️

It's good to have a parent/holding company incase you get bought out. Makes the transition a lot smoother as you can't add in a new parent at the top of the tree. I would do this and operate your child subsidiary as the primary. But that's just my opinion. ☺️ You can do this without One World. One World is for companies…

https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/comment/16894111#Comment_16894111 I think this helps, thank you. So now I just need to build a simple script that if when the item quantity is over a certain amount, the record saves the line as a Drop Ship order. Again though, is there no built in automation in…

Hi Bry, Yes, most of the addresses have phone numbers saved, especially the new ones being used in the webstore as the phone field is already made mandatory. It's made mandatory on the webstore though, not the address form. Though, this field appears to be a custom phone field set up by our partner who is setting up the…
-
Thank you @Bry Cabria-Oracle , that fixed it.
-
If Trixie's response doesn't help answer your question, I would also suggest checking to make sure your items are available and in bins, you can't pick an item if it isn't in a bin to be picked from. Try checking your bin putaway worksheet.
-
Ah, never mind. I just had to Insert it into the correct place to begin with rather than using the Add Row button. But, it would still be useful to know if I can move these, rather than changing existing ones, deleting them and/or adding new ones.
-
Some how uploaded my file without it named .js 🤦 Thanks for pushing me to keep testing @Francesca Nicole Mendoza-Oracle
-
Thanks Bry. As you hinted at, checking the Store Item checkbox on the Applies To subtab of the custom fields has fixed this and web orders are now pulling through the data. The Product Segment is actually a custom segment, so I was able to edit this in a similar way.

It can be a little tricky. But essentially what I'm trying to and have ended up doing is that the lead gets created with a copy of the login as a contact. Then we merge the lead into the primary customer, the lead not having access or a login which allows the merge to happen. The contact then gets merged into the primary…
-
There is no solution. If we want to use other payment methods we will need to go with a provider other than CyberSource until they otherwise fix the issue between them and NetSuite.
-
It does look like the main issue was customers registering to the webstore as a lead which set them a password, then customer service updating them to a B2B customer and sending them the template with the setpassword link. We just need to clean up our internal process of how to handle customers and convert them into the…
-
Thank you both for your insights. What I'm gathering from this, whilst dependant on the integration itself, is that it's a lot more than one persons worth of work. :')
-
I'll have to double check and get back to you. But those all sound like things that could have happened, so thank you for the direction Chelsea, now I know where to start looking.
-
Hi Michelle, it's a custom record. On a simpler, similar example that uses the Sales Order, I'm having the same issue accessing any of these fields. I'm guessing that's because the fields that the box inserters offer aren't actually correct/verified? Seems dumb to offer them if so. In the example of a Sales Order, can I…

Thanks Alex, I appreciate your insights on this.

https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/comment/16891190#Comment_16891190 Sorry, no, I'm actually trying to merge a Lead into a Customer. For some reason, the B2C lead that is created as an individual isn't allowing the merge, even if I convert it to a company. I'm currently comparing it with the B2B lead…
-
Alrighty, thanks Michelle. I'll work on making it more apparent on the website for contacts that are part of a larger company to use the signup form that creates them as a contact and not a lead so they can be added to the customer record.
-
I appreciate the suggestion Alex, that would indeed keep the columns equal since Ship To is always a visible field, but I want Ship to Select to come before (above) Ship To.
-
Thanks Bry, I'm aware of the overriding Out of Stock Message field on the item records. I was just hoping there might be an easier fix perhaps in the site customization. Based on your concerns about the theme not being linked properly, I think I will first see if the item record field works and update all of my item…
-
Ah, it's just Email. Thanks Alex
-
System is actually a user, I think it has an internal id of -2(?) if that's of any help. Otherwise perhaps it looks like you'll need to make an additional field of just a 'is user' checkbox and have the workflow update that if the user is -2.
-
Mm, thanks for all the advice. The provider isn't offering documentation on the bundle so I think I'll do a lot of testing in Sandbox to see what processes are affected by removing it, if swapping to the other public bundle does anything to resolve the issue, or disabling the deployment of the User Event Script on the…
-
Hi @Richard James Uri-Oracle, thanks very much for your feedback. I haven't had time yet, just back after a long weekend. I'll be sure to give an update when I can as this is an important issue to me. Thank you so much~
-
I don't think it's a Net Suite bundle, but it is shared publicly. On my list of bundles it says it's the Advanced Terms, ID 355002. Though when I search for it to install it says it's ID is 504839. It was installed by RSM, who own 504839 but instead they installed 355002. 355002, whilst it otherwise appears identical, is…

So these records don't have a Payment Method field because the payment method is implied by whichever form is used? I'm just worried about any customizations that might rely on the payment method field. I wasn't with this company during implementation, so I'll need to do some research first.
-
Oh, it appears Invoice isn't even set up as a payment method, perhaps I need to start here? But if Invoice isn't set up as a payment method, without even any payment visuals, how does it show up on my Web Store as an option?
