I installed and deployed Drag n Drop this weekend. I came in all excited to show it off to my people and lo and behold it isn't working in IE. Is this correct? I dont remember anything in the documentation about that. I don't mind for myself since I abandoned IE years ago but there are a majority of people in my company…

Is it possible that the slow response times we are seeing in sales orders, quotes and customer records are due to the file drag and drop beta upgrade? It has been going on now since the beginning of last week. When I open a new sales order screen it is at least 10 seconds before I am able to start typing into the screen.…

As of this morning our tracking is working again.

I have also noticed some changes in permissions. I don't have my notes in front of me but some have changed and are now tied to different permissions within the role manager. I was a matter of a couple of mouse clicks to fix the permissions and get everyone back to work.

I was just notified late yesterday that we are experiencing the same issue.
-
Thanks for the advice. I will use it as best I can.

They plan to use Web Services
-
Doesn't the status change from Pending Approval to Pending Receipt appear in the System Information tab already?
-
This is going to be very important for the webstore aspect of our implementation as a LOT of our customers still use these older part numbers when calling us. I don't want those customers using the webstore to get the impression we can no longer get these parts. I also don't think a part description of "NLA use xxxxx"…

I have done several multi-level price increases using CSV so would be glad to help as well.
-
Yes it is true. However, I believe there is a way around it. Our implementation team did it for us and I believe I know how they did it. You enter the items using CSV import without any bins, but turn "Use Bins" on during import makign sure to include Quantities on hand for those items that are in stock. Then you manually…

I have a CSV that started at 838am and is only 10% done at 358pm. Thats 8h20min to get 10%. Which means it will be done after ~ 4 days.
-
does anyone know why processing is taking so long? it's been 8 hours. it's still proccessing ...59%. I have a particular import that has taken somewhere around 3 days to complete. These are the exceptions rather than the rules.

We use Rackspace and were getting the same errors. I had Rackspace look at it and according to SPAMCop they were only being temp blacklisted for like 4 hours. It hasnt happened since that day which was Tuesday last week 1/22

We are getting different errors. Have been working with support and they say it should be fixed as of updated bundle, but got 2 errors yesterday.
-
We are having the same problems as of today reported by several sources
-
Never figured it out and now it is no longer happening.
-
Down here in Upstate NY as well
-
came back up just now and much more responsive. I wonder if they rebooted the database.
-
Now we all just got booted out of Netsuite and cannot log back in. Says there is an app error missing resource
-
Defect # 474266 has been filed for us
-
But it is only on transactions and reports/searches. customer records, contacts and item records load normally. We get updated tomorrow so I am hoping this will be better next week. Also, it is only me, none of my other users and they are all na3 now too.
-
I just noticed that my URL within Netsuite is now system.na3.netsuite.com. I assume this is connected with using a new data center. I wonder if this part of my issue. Netsuite has become annoyingly difficult as of today.
-
Who da man? You da man!! Thanks. I saw that but thought it pertained to internal ID numbers. duh.
-
Thanks POwen, I hadnt thought of remapping the shortcuts yet. I will get right on it.
-
As will I from now on. Thanks

We had a similar experience but with customer numbers. What had happened is someone had gone into a record to edit it and did not wait for the entire page load, They started typing and what they typed went into the customer field and they saved it without noticing the change. Then shortly after a new customer was created…
