OK, I see what you mean. We have had a similar situation where a customer prepaid for some goods (future invoices). We recorded the first payment against the first invoice and then the balance was the overpayment which did appear on the statement.

You can update the displayed fields and reorder the columns of the Expense sublist. While the Items have their own Sublist tab on the customization, for the Expense columns, look in Screen Fields >> Expenses

Thanks for that frederic.jannelle but that didn't resolve the issue. Another suggestion was the Address Box on the default Statement Form. It is empty and also not the issue.

So removing formula and using {id} works. Thank you for your help. I've watched the actions of the "Formula" tick box really carefully. I am sure that it ticks itself randomly. I created a new URL field today, made sure the Formula box was unticked. After I had saved the form it came back Ticked. Weird but true.
