You can use Inventory Adjustment Worksheet to zero out your inventory, even if you use FIFO costing. I don't really see any reason not to.

Hi @mdmcwhorter, Per the screenshot you sent, the Costing Method set in the item record is FIFO. This means that the cost used in transactions will be based on the first/earliest transactions will be considered in the GL Impact of transactions. You can refer to SuiteAnswers 39666 and 28128 for more information.
