Yes, I have now. I am also working with the 3rd party to see if I can extract the address data to custom fields and have those available in the API extract. I have created 4 identical fields, sourced from the address fields. To be honest I wasn't expecting any of them to appear in the API results, but strangely one…

They are using SOAP API

Thanks @Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle I can't get this to work - it is failing to meet the criteria - I suspect it may be a 'null' value problem? I tried adding: and {paymenteventresult}!='Payment Hold' To my criteria (that was previously passing as 'True') and it started returning False I've also tried:…

I will speak to the developer to confirm the type of API It seems strange that the API for the Sales Order transaction can return a Custom Address without issue, so why can't the API for the Return Authorisation? Is this a bug or defect? Is this something that could be addressed? Should we raise an Enhancement request for…

Yes, I check that site regularly, but there is no mention of any issues today. We were suffering very poor performance for at least 2 hours this morning (although that seems to be improved now), and then when I came to log the issue, SuiteAnswers was not working (which appears to be my only route to support). Is there…

Yes, it is working again now

Thanks The top two don't directly relate to multi location orders, but rather the general inadequacies in the Print Picking Tickets screen (and both of those were raised by me previously!). I have added my vote and comments to the third one, and I can't find the fourth one when searching SuiteIdeas (either by number or…

OK thanks - we shouldn't be creating standalone invoices (but I will have to check into that), but it is good to know I can remove that field from the normal invoices. I may look to see if it is possible to identify if the Invoice is standalone or from a Sales Order via workflow, and either show/hide the field or change…

@Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle We are now using the Line Level Location fields on Sales Orders to fulfill Items from multiple locations on a single Sales Order When you use the Print Picking Tickets screen (to print multiple picking tickets), this respects the Location set on that screen and only includes Items to be picked from…
-
Thanks @Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle - that is part of the solution, but is there a way to print a picking ticket filtered to a Items from a specific Location?
-
Thanks @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle I would be interested to know if there is a customisation option for this.... Is it possible to access the User's Location field within the Advanced PDF Template? If so, I might be able to build some logic into Freemarker to filter by location?

Michelle I haven't really tried using the Marketing Reports (to be honest we rarely use reports outside of Finance!), but I think I have configured it correctly. I filtered it to the relevant Campaign ID. This is what I am seeing: Which appears to be the same as the Event Responses: But the sent email list still shows 340:…

Michelle The SuiteAnswers article says: Queued – The email is in a queue to be sent but has not yet been sent. But that doesn't make sense in my examples above because the Sent EMail list shows 244 sent successfully. You are saying (different to the SuiteAnswers article) that the 174 'Sent' emails are ones where the…

@Matrim - Thanks!! That looks ideal - I was looking for something like that 'Greatest' function you have shown above - I assumed there must be some 'clever' way of doing this :) Yes, I think your second option could be ideal - I will run some tests. Thanks again - really, really helpful

Thanks @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle @Ivy Lopez-Oracle - your example is essentially what I have been trying - my problem is the 'amount' that I am basing this formula on is not held in a field (or custom field) - it is the output of a very complex formula. I cannot include the complex formula 3 times in a single new formula…

@Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle Thanks for testing this - I did exactly as you have shown above yesterday when I first tested this, and it returned a £0 value. I have run the same Statement template this morning (on the same customer) and it now returns the correct Deposit Value as expected. Apologies, it must have been some…
-
Sorry - slight correction: I have a Saved Search for Invoices, Cash Sales, Credit Memos and Cash Refunds. Invoices and Cash Sales should be included when formula result is positive, but negative results should be shown as 0 Credit Memos and Cash Refunds should be included when formula result is negative , but positive…

OK thanks Jeff - it is unfortunate that this best practice was not recommended by our Oracle NetSuite SuiteSuccess implementation team - I will add that to my (ever-growing) list of reasons not to use NetSuite PS in future.... Thanks for your advice and suggestions, I will look to see how we can adjust our current…

What is general accepted 'best practice' for recording locations on transactions? Is this generally done at line level or header level? Similarly, how should the Shipping Method field be used? Should this only be used for Shipping (and left blank for collections), or is it normal to have 'Collection' as a Shipping Method?…

Thanks Michelle - yes the customer I was having this issue with 2 days ago will now let me add an order. I've tested one where the coupon was used today, and although it errors when I try a second order, I can place a second order using a different browser and NetSuite user. I will do some more testing to try and determine…
-
Michelle - apologies, perhaps I wasn't clear in my original post. Yes, the promotion will work once for each customer as expected (so testing on a different customer shows the discount on the first order, but not on subsequent orders). My problem is that whilst the promotion is running, and customer who has received the…

OK thanks Jeff I will approach support and see if they will look at this for me (but I suspect they won't under standard support)
-
OK thanks Jack - I mis-interpreted 'the account where the value was first created' as meaning the user account - I am now beginning to understand this means our overall NetSuite account.
-
Jeff I've switched to the standard sales order form and the field is still shown in the Billing tab under the Payment subtab: I think you have to select a Customer and a Payment Option (i.e. add a card) for the Payment Operation field to show. I don't think it is an Adyen (our payment processing partner) specific field,…

Thanks Peter - that is really helpful. I will give that a try!

Glad to see I'm not the only person who encountered this frustrating problem. Please add you vote to: Enhancement 582584: Workflow > Sublist Actions > be able to have the VAT Amt, Tax Account and Gross Amount fields available on field selection It appears to have very little interest, but I suppose we can be optimistic and…
-
Thanks Jack I have voted for that enhancement, but it appears to have little interest, and so I assume will not be implemented. I still maintain that having the Tax Amount editable is a potential fraud issue, and should be addressed more urgently than an 'enhancement'.
-
Thanks Erick
-
Yes, one is renamed on the form: But none of those field names appear in the selection list in the Workflow to set Display Type on the Item Sublist Field: So how can I mark these fields 'Disabled'. I am very concerned that the Tax Amount field is editable - this could lead to potential tax fraud (either intentionally or by…

Thank you Shamaine - I have voted and commented on the SuiteIdea (but I see the other comment on that idea was 2016, so I assume the chances of getting this addressed / resolved are virtually zero). My requirement is not as above (to see transactions where the fields are different), but I need to group / filter transaction…
