The script is not sending the emails. Just my Saved Search. The script is just applying the hold name in the custom hold field. Yes, Jen is receiving duplicate emails too. Yes, it is happening with every transaction that triggers the criteria. If I do a save and email on the saved search, I receive just one email. And then…

Thanks @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle ! My search results do just show one sales order. But I am still receiving the two emails. So still trying to figure out what I need to update on the SS to stop the duplicate email. Thanks!

Thanks @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle ! Yesterday I did add just "KI SS" to the email message body. I received 2 emails this morning and KI SS was in both. So I think bullet 2 is not the culprit. I am not sure how or why my search results would appear duplicated. The Order # is unique. But I will try exploring this a bit more.…

Hi @Richard James Uri-Oracle I am not using scripting to send emails for this. Scripting is only applying the credit hold on the sales order. Thanks!

Sory about that @Jeremy Guimaras-Oracle. I did not even have to select the instrument. It was there. I just updated the Handling Mode to Process and Saved. I can do another test just to make sure it is the same instrument??

One quick question @Jeremy Guimaras-Oracle - If I manually select the original payment instrument that was used the payment will settle. So why when we manually select the instrument it works but not when it goes through each step in NetSuite. I created a new order in our SB1 (DEVOR352886) Manually Fulfilled it DEV479581…

Hi @Jeremy Guimaras-Oracle ! Yes, I think it did answer my question. Thank you very much! And thank you for the Enhancement request # too.

Hi @Jeremy Guimaras-Oracle , Yes, we do have Consolidated Payments enabled in our NetSuite instance. It looks like your theory might be accurate. I looked at the Parent's Payment Instruments, and it does not have any. I looked at the Child's (Sub Customer) Payment Instruments and I see a couple. Our understanding from our…en Issue with Credit Card on Charge to Parent Orders Comentario por kariingvaldson jun 25, 2024 9:13

Hi @Jeremy Guimaras-Oracle Thank you for your updates. "Can you tell us more about the Charge to Parent checkbox in your Sales Orders? Is this a custom field? Is your issue only isolated to Sales Orders that have this box checked?" *Yes, this is a custom field. It is used on the Quote form as well, but primarily the Sales…en Issue with Credit Card on Charge to Parent Orders Comentario por kariingvaldson jun 25, 2024 6:45

Hi @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle ! I am an Admin in NS, so I go to Setup -> Sales -> Customer Statuses My new Customer Status is here:

Hi! Thanks for the update! Yes. I do know how to set up the Payment Link. I guess my question still is that after a refresh do I just need to come up with a new domain name after each refresh? If I leave it the same as my Production domain, then I try to pay an invoice on an open invoice in Sandbox using the Payment Link,…

What you said is what I am saying and what I understood you to say. Under Setup -> Company -> General Preferences In here I have the "Default Customer Type" set to "Company". If I uncheck Show for Type, my end users can then no longer change it from Company to Individual. But behind the scenes, it will still be Company due…

Thank you for the update, Ivan. I went to our custom Customer form. I can see "Type" listed under the Fields subtab. But I am not seeing "Type" or the id of "isperson" listed when I go to Customization -> Lists, Records & Fields -> Entity Fields. I was hoping just to Inactivate or gray it out. I believe what you are saying…

Thank you @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle! This worked perfectly! I now feel a little silly for not trying that myself! Thank you for the help! Greatly appreciated!

Thank you very very much for this information! I think if we had our custom PDF in the same location, this would have solved my issue. But, our custom documents are not in this same location. They are in the Documents. Documents -> Files -> SuiteScripts -> customer_facing_documents When I click Edit on one of them, I am…

Hello @Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle! Thank you for your looking at this. Yes, I am using an Administrator role. No. The native document is printing. I am trying to figure out how to make our custom PDF print.
-
Another example is when we click on See Orders in the Customer Center. Because clicking on the Document # returns the "This transaction cannot be displayed. Please contact us for details on this transaction." error, we were going to have our customers click on the "Print" link. But this too does not return our custom Order…

It seems I have finally figured this one out! This one took me awhile to figure out. I had to add the "Localization Variables" Permission to my new custom role. I did add it with just a View level. I am not entirely sure what this Permission is/does, but as long as View works, I think I am okay with it. Now to figure out…

Here is a screen pic of the PO after an Edit. And my Edit was just adding info to the Tracking Notes field.

Hi @Mikko De La Fuente-Oracle ! Thank you for your update! Yes. We do use TBA for our actual integrations. I am looking at the Employee Record. We use this account to send emails; alerts, integration info, etc. So we are hoping there is a way to change this one Employee Record to not have the password expire. One of the…

Hello @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle Thank you for your previous update. And sorry for my delayed response back. I wonder why your instance is different than mine? A customization that we did? I was looking at the enhancement request. It sounds like the enhancement request is to combine drop ship items or special orders from…
-
Thank you for the update @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle! We do have the Preferred Vendor set for all items. But native NS behaves differently when multiple shipping methods are used and “enable line item shipping” is not set to Yes. Do you know of a way to accomplish this outcome when the items have different shipping…

Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle ! I am sorry for the delayed response. I worked with my Network Administrator to re-do 2 of the 5 emails; @moving-minds.com and @stem-supplies.com. And I finally heard back from my end user and the system@sent-via.netsuite.com is still there. Unfortunately deleting and re-setting up did not help…

Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle! Thank you! I clicked on the Verify DNS Entry button for all 5 and they all came back saying "Your DNS entry for DKIM has successfully been verified.".
-
Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle ! Thank you for the update! Yes, that is the exact Suite Answers document I followed. I set them up in the same spot your steps listed above. And then I worked with my Network Admin to get everything added to all 5 domains. Any other ideas?? Thank you for your help!

I just received another example from one of my Sales Reps too. inContact is the Call Center Software my CS/Sales Teams use. Issue: Looks like emails are coming through to inContact when a customer responds to a quote email. However, it’s coming from system@sent-via.netsuite.com and I cannot see who replied without going…

We do have a total of 5 domain keys set up. One for each of our 5 Brands (Gopher, PWAP, Performance, Moving Minds and STEM Supplies). I did check the rest of them as well. They all came back saying "This is a valid DKIM key record".
-
Hi Michelle! Thank you for your help! I used the first one on your list. It did say "This is a valid DKIM key record". I added a screen pic below.

Thank you so much! I appreciate the info! This helped! I added {casenumber} at the end of the what was in the Subject field and the email subjects are all unique now.
