Pay Sales Tax doesn't let us pay it

In Small Business:  We are trying to pay our sales tax, through: Transactions, Purchase/Vendors, Sales Tax Payment.  BUT nothing is showing up under Pay, Item, Vendor etc...
According to the Sales Tax Liability Report & our Balance sheet we have a liability out there.
How do I get the info to show so we can pay it.
I've never had this problem before & I don't have this problem in our Regular NS Account.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
I'm filing a case, but thought I would ask to see if anyone else is seeing this problem.
