Special Order items can't be sold on website
Just submitted a case for this one. (Customer Care Case # is 957536)
Here's the deal: since the upgrade, this is the message our customers get when they try to submit an order for a special order item on our site...
"Your Order Was Not Placed
We are unable to place this order because one or more items in your order is not available in sufficient quantity. Please go back and reduce your order."
- We are able to place the order on the back end when (if) the customer calls.
We've been selling Special Order items for over a year now without incident -- so I know the items have been set up properly. This must be a result of something which has changed with this upgrade.
