Loading email messages through API doesn't return all the messages

Hello!

We are using MessageSearch without any criteria to load messages registered in the NetSuite, but it looks like that this endpoint doesn't return all the messages: we see messages in UI that are not in any way different from other messages, but are never returned via MessageSearch request. How should we fix this?
