RMA item received to a new location shows $0 cost and$0 last purchase price

I have created RMA in a new location. Once item received in the new location, I restock the item. However, since this location did not have this item previously, this RMA receipt is the first time adding this item to this location. Netshuite shows item qty added to the new location, with $0 last purchase price, and $0 average cost.

What did I do wrong? The item was sold from another location, had correct cost, how do I make the cost show up at the new RMA location when the item is returned and received in the new location?
