Initiate a Workflow from Online Customer Form
My Workflow functions as intended from the UI (when a new Lead is created an Opportunity is created). However, the Workflow doesn't initiate when I submit a lead from my website (non NetSuite site), which populates a NetSuite Online Customer Form which creates a Lead record.
How do I fix this?
Workflow Settings:
Type = Customer
Execute as Admin = T
On Create = T; On Update = T
Trigger Type = All
Action Settings:
Criteria = Field "Page Source (Custom)" is not Empty
Trigger On = After Record Submit
Function = Create Opportunity Record
