Unable to succesfully send email on status change
Hi All,
I am trying to get an email sent using a workflow whenever the status is changed.
Here's the log:

26-MAY-2011 13:37:55.850 Transitioning to Reminder for Reassignment
There wasn't any other actions in the relevant state. Would anyone care to shed some light on why the SendEmail action was skipped? Cheers!
