Workflow to set field value on cases
I have setup a few other workflows, including a similar one to what I am trying to do at this moment, but I am currently stumped.
I am trying to set up workflows to set the case type depending on the incoming email address.
eg sales, support, accounts
I have single state workflows set with saved searches, the workflows are set to trigger on create. Looking at the cases history the workflow does trigger.
The problem comes from the fact that although the workflow triggers the actions do not.
Currently the new action is set:
Set Field Value: Case Type=Email: Sales Trigger On: Entry
