Sales order workflow to include Purchase order No.

Hello,

I have a sales order workflow with a send email action. I am using an email template where I have added fields such as Sales Order No., Date, etc.
I would like to add the Purchase Order No. field on the template. Is this possible?

(Purchase Orders are created when a Sales Order is approved and will fall under Related Records)
