Automate Sales Order approval with a work flow?

Hello, I'd like to somehow make it so that all orders in Pending Approval status automatically switch to Pending Fulfillment status at 11:30 pm every night. This will send them through our integrator to our warehouse. I'm currently doing this every night via the "Sales Orders To Approve" mass approval tool, but our order volume is high enough that this is becoming a burden for me.

Can this be done with a workflow? If not, can it be done any other way?

Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated. I've created a saved search that filters what I need, but I'm having difficulty figuring out how to make this happen. Is it even currently possible?
