Scheduled workflows not firing
Good morning everyone,
I discovered an issue yesterday where our workflows that set check boxes on various transactions have all stopped working. They are all set to run every 30 minutes, all of them set a check box on a transaction form, all of the associated searches are finding transactions to flag. This appears to have started on 5/18, we were updated to 2018.1 on 5/11. I've contacted support, but they are in the process of pointing fingers. Is anyone else experiencing this and can anyone offer any guidance on how to resolve the issue?
