Seeking NetSuite/QAD Automation Solution

Hello, I'm new to this forum so apologies in advance if anything I post deviates from etiquette.

My organization is seeking a vendor to provide a NetSuite/QAD interface to facilitate 3 automation projects that at the surface sounds fairly straight forward.

Specifically, our immediate goals:
1. NetSuite Purchase Order ---> QAD Sales Order - Automate Purchase Orders issued from my organization (NetSuite) to generate Sales Orders at our subsidiary manufacturing plant (QAD)
2. QAD Order Fulfillment ---> NetSuite Item Receipt – Automate Order Fulfillment issued at our subsidiary manufacturing plant (QAD) to generate Item Receipt at my organization (NetSuite)
3. QAD Invoice ---> NetSuite Vendor Bill - Automate Invoices issued at our subsidiary manufacturing plant (QAD) to generate Vendor Bills at my organization (NetSuite)
