Incorrect currency on email

Hi,

I am setting up a new environment and I am having troubles with the currency shown in the transaction email.
- The Primary Currency of the vendor is 'Euro'
- The item prices entered are in Euro
- The currency on the Parent company and all the subsidiaries is Euro
- I created a new Purchase Order with currency 'Euro'

But still the prices on the Purchase Order Transaction email are shown in British Pound.

Any idea what I am missing?
