Wanted: Software companies using the Contract Renewals Module

I am looking to start a conversation with administrators and Developers that are using the Contracts Renewal module or have the Software edition of Netsuite. I currently use the  contract renewals module but we are not using it to it's full potential since there are many limitations. I would like to know how your company is using Contract Renewals or why you choose not to use it. What pains do you have or had and how did you deal with it?  How do you manage your contracts in Netsuite? Anyone using Salesforce and managing contracts in either?
