Hiding Labor Cost / Unit Cost

What is the process for hiding the Unit Cost Field that shows up on a project task?  It is pulled from the labor cost in the employee's record, but I do not want it to be seen my employees or project managers.

Any thoughts?  I have attempted to edit the Project Task Form, but I do not see it there?
