Parent Subsidiary - Using a Dummy Entity
When organizing a OneWorld structure of a company with 3 legal entities. The setup is as follows:
Company A
- Company B
Company C
It is being considered to setup a dummy subsidiary as the parent because Company A and Company C are separate entities. The structure would be as follows:
Parent: Global Company
Child: Company A
Sub-Child: Company A : Company B
Child: Company C
Are there any implications of using a dummy for the parent and having the true entities under the parent?
