Making Subsidairy inactive and then active again
Hi
I was wondering we have 18 subsidiaries at the moment and we are restructure the company. Instead of having 18 separate companies we are merging them into one company and then running subsidiaries as Divisions under the one company.
So the question is could I make some of the old companies inactive re-use the subsidiary Licence for a new Division and then when we have finally closed the old company, make the new division inactive, re-activate the old company just to post the final journals and make it inactive again and then re-activate the Division again. Doing all this without messing up the data in NetSuite.
